Working with some of the world's leading organisations including Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Novartis, AbbVie and Eli Lilly, I have applied my professional training in the human health sciences and behaviour-change coaching to help individuals and teams develop important life skills such as self-awareness, empathy, understanding, tolerance, communication skills, stress management and self-care.
